Moffeice is owned by Morten H. Mikkelsen and since 2001, the art of ice carved figures, sculptures for big events, parties, weddings, launch of new products, has come to Denmark.

My enthusiasm and passion about the ice carving art, began when for some years lived in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, been an

executive banquet chef.

As a 5 star diamond hotel, the ice sculptures were used in almost every day basis, I was fascinated about their beauty and indisputable uniqueness, melting and changing in such a way, that can only bring instincts, spontaneity and inspiration, this is where the craft begins.

I would like to share my craftsmanship and work, based upon passion, emotion and precision in the world of ice.

After I returned to Denmark,

Moffeice Design was born.
