Agreements with Moffeice are in Danish or English.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Proposals are made with regards to errors and price adjustments on the web-site, in brochures and other sales material. This also applies to incorrect photo materials. Moffeice cannot be held responsible for possible errors and modifications.

PAYMENT

7 days of credit from the delivery date.Here after 2% per month and a fee of 150,00 DKK per time of remainder.

The Ice sculptures are set up after agreement of the location.
There after, is the customers responsability for the sculpture, the drip pan and Moffeice equipment that may be involved.

Naturally,you can also pick up the Ice sculpture(s) in our Ice studio.

DAMAGES AF THE DRIP PAN AND EQUIPMENT

The customer will be charge for the replacement or the damage parts of Moffeice equipment that may be involved.(one drip pan 3000,00Dkk)

CANCELATIONS

Cancelations of ice sculptures are 7 days prior to the delivery date.

Cancelations no later than 4 working days before delivery, will be charge 100%.

PICK UP OF EQUIPMENT

The pick up of Moffeice equipment ,will be as soon as possible after the event agreement is done with the customer.
Moffeice will take care of pick- up the equipment involved.

IMPORTANT

Is the customers responsability to empty the bucket and drip pan,under the entire event.

Moffeice cannot be held responsable for over flooding of buckets,drip pans.

If there are unexpected kind of problems,please call rigth away,so we can take care of the problem asap.

Moffeice highly recommend you the break-down of big ice sculptures by Moffeice.

COMPLAINTS

We are only happy to hear from you, if you have any proposals for improvement. If you have any complaints about the delivery, please contact us at info@moffeice.dk or call +45 40647380.

Complaints shall be submitted on the same day you receive the Ice sculpture. This applies in relation to both the receipt of the ice slupture and in relation to the content of the ice sculpture. Thus, we can immediately take action and provide you with a better service.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of lack of delivery, due to force majeure, Moffeice cannot be held responsible, and Moffeice rerserves the right to wholly or partly cancel the deal or postpone the delivery.
Under force majeure are among others, working conflicts, blockades, political disturbances, state intervenance of any kind, lack of supply power, or other circumstances that may derive Moffeice from fulfilling its obligations of delivery.
